1. Valuation & Visual Verification

Any buyout offer communicated by phone, SMS, or email is based on the accuracy of the vehicle details provided by the owner (mileage, mechanical and cosmetic condition, Carfax history, and included equipment). Final purchase is confirmed upon brief visual verification at pickup.

2. Ownership & Active Liens (RDPRM)

The seller confirms they are the legal owner or authorized lessee of the vehicle and agrees to disclose any active loan, lien, or lease so Deal Ton Char can process the official payoff.
